Klein's is a lovely market with a nice outdoor deck. We've gone there for several Mothers' Days and enjoyed the buffet on the deck and the lovely sunshine on the water. While it does get a bit crowded to wander through, this is a nice spot to bring family and friends. Even small children are welcome!
I'll have to give this measly $10 gift card away because I won't be stepping foot back in this place and I definitely won't be spending more money there.
Have been coming here for years and can remember when they served dishes on paper plates! It has changed over the years and expanded but the seafood has always remained consistent. It's why, especially in the nice weather, there's a wait for a table. And you can take home from their own seafood market.
As I mentioned, yesterday they were "too busy." Understandable, but it's how they said it. This morning, I was rushed off the phone by another manager who was very quick to go "HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?!", as if to make me feel like I wasn't being truthful. Then said they couldn't do anything about the issue, didn't even try to find out what happened to bring trust into going back to eat there so the incident doesn't happen again, and they are going to mail me a 10$ gift card and "call it a day."
Just got off the phone with the manager since they told me they were "too busy" to speak with me yesterday about this manner. They overcharged my card $10, which I understand isn't a lot of money or enough to complain over but it just didn't sit well with me after spending what we did that night. I called to simply have it adjusted and even if they couldn't and dealt with it in a professional manner, I would have just let it go. Those managers need to realize that it's not about the incident, it's how they deal with it that will turn people away for good.
Always quality fresh products. A little pricey ,but well worth the extra cost. Friendly and helpful staff serving every wish as well as possible.
Needless to say, check your credit/bank statements after eating here. I don't know what's going on over there and apparently the managers don't care to find out.
I can't believe this place has such low ratings! The food was absolutely delicious! The view, freshness of seafood, portion size, and the prompt service was amazing. I would recommend their Lobster and soft shell crabs! I would definitely come back here again!!
I have to add that it's a shame since this is where I was proposed to.
