I've been calling for months, leaving messages with the answering service, emailing, and my father-in-law, who was a Vietnam vet, who passed away last year, still does not have his burial marker paperwork submitted to the VA. The funeral home has had the application since late last year and keeps saying they submitted the application, but everytime i contact the VA, they say no application on file. Everytime i do speak to Mr. Bonner, he assures me he will get this taken care of. Now, no call backs, no email responses, nothing. My father-in-law still has no marker. This not acceptable, if you take on the responsibility, you don't avoid it. The family came to this funeral home because they trusted their loved one would be taken care of with dignity and honor. All we want is for the right thing to be done.
